Account Coordinator

To compliment our existing team, we are now looking to recruit an Account Coordinator to join our Intensive segment and primarily support the Account Managers.

This is a key element within the Rackspace Intensive Support Account Management function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining customer records in both electronic and paper file management systems
  • Arranging Implementation Calls between Rackspace reps and customers
  • Creating agendas and ticket relating to post-sales implementations and taking meeting notes
  • Coordination between BDC and the Data Centre to monitor the progression of customer requests to maintain customer records.
  • Creating checklists and tickets for quality assurance purposes
  • Tracking new customer builds and new servers for existing customers
  • May interact with new and existing customers on the status of their requests via tickets, e-mails and phone conversations
  • Running custom reports for the team
  • May serve as a backup to the Account Manager in their absence
  • Co-ordinating team wide reports, training and other administrative functions

Requirements:

You must also have the following:

  • Prior knowledge of a technology based service oriented industry preferred
  • Experienced in working within an administrative or customer facing environment
  • Knowledge of servers/computer hardware and software an advantage – or an aptitude and desire to expand technical knowledge

The position of Business Performance Analyst will be responsible for designing and monitoring key business performance metrics specifically relating to internet domains and internet domains secondary markets.

The position will require excellent analytical skills, ability to effectively communicate results to executive management, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

The position will be evaluated based upon ability to generate actionable and measurable revenue producing changes in a given business unit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MSSQL or comparable software experience
  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ADDITIONAL SKILLS (not required):

  • Experience with website ecommerce or branding a plus
  • Experience with Web-based reporting and analytical tools a plus
  • Experience with OLAP a plus

  • Develop Perl web and console applications using current accepted best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and correct issues with existing applications.
