Account Coordinator

To compliment our existing team, we are now looking to recruit an Account Coordinator to join our Intensive segment and primarily support the Account Managers.
This is a key element within the Rackspace Intensive Support Account Management function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining customer records in both electronic and paper file management systems
- Arranging Implementation Calls between Rackspace reps and customers
- Creating agendas and ticket relating to post-sales implementations and taking meeting notes
- Coordination between BDC and the Data Centre to monitor the progression of customer requests to maintain customer records.
- Creating checklists and tickets for quality assurance purposes
- Tracking new customer builds and new servers for existing customers
- May interact with new and existing customers on the status of their requests via tickets, e-mails and phone conversations
- Running custom reports for the team
- May serve as a backup to the Account Manager in their absence
- Co-ordinating team wide reports, training and other administrative functions
Requirements:
You must also have the following:
- Prior knowledge of a technology based service oriented industry preferred
- Experienced in working within an administrative or customer facing environment
- Knowledge of servers/computer hardware and software an advantage – or an aptitude and desire to expand technical knowledge
